PG Paradise is an online platform connecting students with PG accommodation providers. We act only as a facilitator/mediator. We do not own, manage, or control any PG properties listed on the website.
2. User Responsibility
You will provide accurate information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, and verify all PG details directly with the PG owner before making any decision.
3. Listings & Information
PG listings are provided by owners or collected from available sources. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, availability of rooms, or quality of services. Users are advised to personally visit and verify the property before finalising.
4. Commission & Charges
We may charge a commission fee from PG owners for successful referrals. Users (students/tenants) are generally not charged unless explicitly stated.
5. No Brokerage Guarantee
If advertised as "No Brokerage" for users, it applies only to users contacting through our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any disputes between users and PG owners, fraud or misconduct by PG owners, loss of money or belongings, or any agreements made directly between users and PG owners.
7. Contact Sharing
By using our service, you agree that your contact details may be shared with relevant PG owners and PG owner details may be shared with you.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not post false information, use the website for illegal activities, or harass other users or PG owners.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms and to remove or modify listings without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
